Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MyDay (“we”, “us”) collects when you use the MyDay Telegram bot and Mini App (the “Service”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Telegram account data. Your Telegram user ID, username, first name, and language setting, provided by Telegram when you interact with the bot or open the Mini App.
• Task content. The text of tasks you create, their due dates, categories, reminders, and completion status.
• Voice recordings. When you send a voice message, the audio is processed to transcribe it into a task. See “AI processing” below.
• Usage data. Basic interaction events (e.g. which commands you use) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

• To create, store, remind you of, and manage your tasks.
• To transcribe voice notes and understand natural-language requests.
• To send the reminders, briefings, and summaries you enable.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

AI processing

To understand natural language and transcribe voice, MyDay sends the relevant text or audio to Google Gemini running on Google Cloud Vertex AI, acting as our processor. Google processes this data to return a result to us and under our configuration does not use it to train its models. Only the content needed for the request is sent; we do not send your Telegram contacts or unrelated data.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that operate the Service on our behalf — principally Google Cloud (AI processing and hosting) and Telegram (message delivery) — and where required by law.

Retention

We keep your tasks until you delete them or delete your account. Chat context and transient logs are retained only for a short period and then purged automatically. When you delete your account, your tasks, chat history, learning data, analytics events, and subscription records are removed.

Your rights and choices

• Access & export. You can request an export of your data from the Mini App settings or by contacting us.
• Deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Mini App settings or the bot’s account settings. Deletion is permanent.
• Reminders & briefings. You can turn these off in settings at any time.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
