Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyDay Telegram bot and Mini App (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

MyDay is an AI-assisted task manager that runs inside Telegram. It lets you create and manage tasks with text and voice, and sends reminders and summaries you choose to enable. Features may change over time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights or violates Telegram’s terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service (including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you submit.

Plans and payments

The Service offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Where paid plans are available, the price, billing cycle, and included features are shown at the point of purchase. Paid features are provided only after a completed payment.

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and reminders depend on third-party delivery (Telegram) and network conditions outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed reminders, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
